About me
I work as a director in the NHS alongside developing my coaching practice.
I am training with the Tavistock and Portman executive coaching programme, accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. This provides strong training and a supervisory structure.
I work with clients from any sector who have a leadership role and management responsibility. I have experience of working with people in the arts, businesses, NHS and civil service.

I pay attention to your life experience and influences - the things that might shape your expectations, doubts and ambitions. We will look in detail at your role, team and organisation to help you gain insight and feel more confident, effective and fulfilled.
